We strive to display product information, images, and pricing accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel orders, including after an order has been submitted.

3. Orders, payment, and shipping

• All payments are processed securely by Shopify Checkout.
• Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse, typically within 1–2 business days.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

4. 30-Day Relief Guarantee

We back every KneadWell Shiatsu Deep Kneading Leg Massager with our 30-Day Relief Guarantee. If you don't feel meaningful relief within 30 days of delivery, contact us at hello@kneadwellrelief.com for a full refund. The product must be returned in good working condition; we cover return shipping for customers in the contiguous U.S.

5. Limited warranty

KneadWell products carry a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal household use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized repair, or normal wear of removable covers.

6. Medical disclaimer

KneadWell products are wellness devices, not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, have diabetes, deep vein thrombosis, neuropathy, recent surgery, implanted medical devices, or any other medical condition.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our site — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or scraping content for commercial purposes.

All content on this site — including text, images, video, logos, and the KneadWell name — is owned by or licensed to KneadWell and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reuse it without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KneadWell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
